showing little transparency pardoning turkeys
yet not revealing the breaches in top security
like woes’ rattling nutcrackers
having been taken for granted
by cockey sad sacks riding horseback
into the hereafter as sole companions
wear calf-length pants bridging gaps
with shorthand barely lifting off into the air
madly flapping gaseous wingspans...
